The Society for Environmental Geochemistry and Health (SEGH) jointly with
the International Medical Geology Association (IMGA) and the IUGS
Commission on Global Geochemical Baselines is organising the 4th
International Student Conference on Medical Geology and Environmental
Health, South East Asia edition.
The host is the Department of Geology of RTM Nagpur University (Nagpur,
India). The dates of the virtual conference are: 24 to 29 November 2025,
and the abstract submission period is from 1 September to 20 October,
2025.
Contributions from undergraduate and postgraduate students from all South
Asian countries are welcome. Please note that only abstracts from the
following countries will be acceptable:- Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan,
Brunei, Cambodia, East Timor, India, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Maldives,
Myanmar (Burma), Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka,
Thailand, and Vietnam.
The virtual conference is completely free (no registration
fees) and is open to all South Asian undergraduate and postgraduate
students. Please encourage your students to participate.
Undergraduate and postgraduate students from other countries whose
research work is in any of the above countries are eligible to submit
their abstracts. Attendance is free to all interested parties from any
country. More information will be made available in due course.

videos and the book of abstracts. Students who intend to submit their
abstracts are advised to download the book of abstracts, and use as guide.
