SEGH are committed to maintaining the confidence of members and visitors to our website. In this privacy notice you will see what information we have, why we collect your personal information, what we use it for and how we keep it secure.

We use Google Analytics 

However, we do not make, or allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.  When you visit https://www.segh.net we use Google Analytics to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour pattern.  We do this so we know the number of visitors to various parts of the sites. The information is processed in a way which does not identify anyone.

We have a mailing list. 

When you become a member of SEGH or come to one of our events then we would like you to be added to our mailing list.  We use our mailing list to contact you about out events, inform you when your membership needs renewing, to receive our newsletter, to provide additional information to check our records are correct and to check every now and again that you are happy and satisfied with the service we provide you.  If you consent to being on our mailing list then we would record your name, address, e-mail and telephone number.  We do not rent or trade our list with other organisations and businesses.
